- Selat Solo
Selat Solo is almost similar to steak. Made from stewed meat and served with various vegetables such as beans, carrots, and lettuce. Not to forget, it is also equipped with a sweet watery gravy. - Buntel satay

- Cabuk Rambak

- Timlo Solo

- Nasi Liwet Solo
Nasi liwet solo is cooked by people who live in Menuran Village, Sukoharjo, Central Java. Nasi liwet solo is cooked with a savory coconut milk mixture, usually served with a side dish of shredded chicken, fried chili sauce, chayote, and areh coconut milk. Areh coconut milk is made from sediment or lumps of coconut milk which is the hallmark of Nasi Liwet Solo. Nasi liwet Solo is one of favourite traditional dishes you must try.
- Serabi Solo
Solo’s main dishes aren’t the only one that’s tempting, the sweet snacks typical of Solo are no less delicious. There is a famous serabi solo with a soft texture and not too dense in the middle to be rolled.
- Sausage Solo
The solo sausage has a rissole-like shape with a thin egg omelet and filled with ground beef. It tastes savory so it is suitable to be served as a crunchy snack at home. - Sate Kere
Sate Kere made by Mbak Tugiyem in Solo, Central Java. This satay is a favorite of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo. Sate kere results from the creativity of commoners who want to eat meat satay, but can’t. This typical Solo satay is made from offal and tempe gembus as the basic ingredients. Grilled over coals and served with a delicious satay seasoning.
- Noodle Toprak

- Brambang Asem
